Due to the growing number of New Entrants attending our kura, we need an enthusiastic fixed-term, full-time teacher to join us in terms 3 & 4, 2024. You will be teaching a small class of Y1-2 students and work with a very supportive team. Teaching experience with this age group would be beneficial as well as sound knowledge of the NZ curriculum.  New employees are welcome to participate in professional development opportunities.  

Our current foci areas are Structured Literacy, NZHistories and mathematics.

This position would suit applicants who reside in NZ and have a current NZ primary teacher registration. The terms and conditions, including base salary, for this position is set by the relevant collective agreement and will depend on the applicant’s qualifications and experience.

Start date Monday 22 July.
