Deputy Principal

As a result of roll growth Fairfield College is seeking to appoint another deputy principal to our senior leadership team. As part of the senior leadership team the successful applicant will work with the Board of Trustees to provide strategic direction and operational leadership to ensure the ongoing success and growth of Fairfield College.

The successful applicant will possess a proven track record of being a competent senior leader who has skilfully developed high-performing teams and led change. They will possess knowledge, skills, and experience to lead areas such as: curriculum review, school-wide professional learning, and timetabling. Importantly, the successful applicant must show evidence that they have a passion for learners achieving personal excellence in all aspects of their education. They also need to demonstrate that they possess leadership experience in enabling equitable outcomes for all students and giving effect to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
