Teacher of English 2025

Secondary (Years 7–15) / wharekura, teacher of English to senior levels for the beginning of 2025 or by negotiation, full time, permanent. We welcome applications from both experienced and beginning teachers, including those graduating at the end of this year. Accommodation may be available to the successful candidate. 

The terms and conditions, including base salary, for this position is set by the Secondary Teachers' Collective Agreement. The base salary for trained and registered teachers will range from (beginning 2025) $61,329 to $103,086 depending on applicants' qualifications and experience. Individuals' actual base salary will be established by a salary assessment once a role is confirmed.
