The ability to establish and foster genuine, meaningful relationships with local hapū and iwi and confident in the use of te reo and tikanga Māori is essential.

About this role

• We work alongside whānau to reflect their aspirations for their tamaiti
• We create an environment that reflects the individual needs of our learners to be confident in their language, culture and identity
• We are a ‘Hub’ and enjoy strong reciprocal relationships with local schools and support agencies 
• With Te Whāriki as our foundation, we implement a Kaitiaki approach, working collaboratively for the tamaiti and their whānau
