New entrant / Y1 teacher

We're looking for someone who: 

• has great communication skills - can make a good first impression on families, is able to clearly communicate and be readily available for transition visits
• is an organised and collaborative pod member who is able to join a team with established routines (We run a Balanced Literacy approach - BSLA training would be an advantage)
• can establish solid foundation skills in Reading, Writing and Maths with our new entrant learners
• has a passion for teaching in the junior school preferably with new entrant experience.
