Kia ora! Little Royals Montessori Preschool are looking for a number of qualified teachers/early childhood teachers to join us at our new Massey Auckland location.

Key duties for the positions include:

• Leading and guiding a team of educators in implementing quality learning experiences for children, documenting and extending children's learning.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.
• Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
• Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.

What you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) 
• Beginning teachers are considered for the role
• Experience in Montessori ECE will be advantageous
• Knowledge and understanding of the Montessori pedagogy and Te Whāriki
• Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high-quality care.
