We are a small mixed age centre, licensed for 26 children.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated ECE teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, a nurturing disposition, and a commitment to fostering reciprocal relationships with children.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement curriculum, responsive to the children's interests, strengths and family goals.
  • Create a nurturing and safe environment conducive to learning and exploration.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Assess and monitor children's progress and communicate effectively with parents about their child's development.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive and enriching team environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment.

The terms and conditions, including pay rate, for this position is set by the extended pay parity scale. The pay rate for trained and registered teachers will depend on the applicant’s qualifications and experience. Individuals' actual pay rate will be established by an assessment during the employment process.
