New entrant teacher

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate educator to fill our roll growth new entrant position commencing in term 3 (22 July).  

The successful candidate would be working within a very friendly and  supportive team in a well resourced school. 

Our ideal candidate will:

• be able to build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues, having the necessary skills to give students a settled start to their schooling. 
• be culturally responsive
• open to new learning 
• be committed to achieving the best outcome for akonga
• have high expectations for learning and behaviour.  

Experienced in structured literacy or the structured maths approach would be advantageous but not a requirement as support can be given in this area.
