Head of Subject - Te Reo Māori

We are a highly regarded special character school based in Albany on the North Shore with an approximate roll of 170 recruits.  Our school has an outstanding attendance and academic record.

We are looking for a Head of Subject for Te Reo Māori who has expert knowledge in NCEA Level 1 to 3 Te Reo Māori and is fluent in Te Reo Māori with a strong foundation in Tikanga and Matauranga Māori.  Our key curriculum focus is on the speaking, listening and writing of Te reo Māori.  As New Zealand's only military school, knowledge of the historical link between the NZDF and Māori participation in the NZDF would be an advantage.
