Classroom teacher

One of our teachers is going on maternity leave, so we are seeking an enthusiastic NZ registered teacher to join our team for term 3 and term 4 this year. We have a vacancy in a great Year 4-6 1:1 Chromebook class, starting 22 July 2024. Beginning teachers are welcome to apply. 

We are a lovely little culturally-diverse school, nestled in the heart of Mt Roskill. We are well resourced, have delightful students, great staff, a responsive board and supportive community.

Our tamariki need creative teachers who love to have fun with learning. They need teachers who have high standards and a commitment to improving student outcomes, while ensuring that learning is fun, challenging and engaging. 

We need teachers with a really positive approach, who can work as part of a team and contribute to schoolwide programmes and activities. 

We have a highly motivated teaching team, where planning, skills and strengths are shared. We offer an integrated curriculum, the freedom to follow the interests of children and a supportive environment.
