build and sustain positive, culturally responsive relationships
actively lead, model and promote the principles of the Te Tiriti o Waitangi
continue to strengthen the use of te reo within our school
have an understanding and willingness to work with local iwi
motivate staff, students and their whānau through a learning focused culture of collaboration, trust and respect
ensure effective systems for finance, property, health & safety
model the resilience, courage and commitment required to lead.
This is a tagged position and a willingness and ability to lead religious instruction, appropriate to the special character of the school, is a condition of appointment.
