Ready to kickstart your career in Early Childhood Education?

We are searching for a motivated individual with a love for working with children to join us as a teacher-in-training! Step into the world of hands-on learning and gain invaluable experience contributing to the growth and development of our little learners!

About us:

Picture a place where your little one gets to explore, create, and learn through play and collaboration. In our Reggio Emilia-inspired environment, our physical spaces are carefully designed to provoke curiosity, creativity, and engagement. Our Kaiako act as facilitators, observing and documenting children's interests and ideas, and then using those observations to guide further learning experiences.

What are we looking for?

Previous experience in an ECE environment would be a definite advantage although candidates who are great at communicating, friendly, approachable and who are passionate about nurturing and caring for the needs of our tamariki should also consider applying.  You will be supporting a professional team of teachers in a fun, positive and rewarding environment.

As a valued staff member with us, we can assure you:

  • Competitive remuneration – We have opted into Full Pay Parity!
  • A generous teacher in training programme for those studying ECE!
  • Once qualified, we pay for your registration!
  • Discounted childcare
  • Annual flu vaccination
  • Staff uniforms
  • A monthly staff wellbeing budget and access to EAP services
  • A comprehensive induction programme, with regular mentoring and coaching and ongoing opportunities for career growth and personal and professional development
  • A highly skilled and supportive team to work alongside!
