Scale A teacher: music specialist

We have a permanent Scale A teaching position available to start term 3, 2024. This position is to teach music across the school as a specialist kaiako. We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated and talented kaiako with a passion for bringing music alive for all tauira. The successful candidate will:

• Have the ability to communicate musical concepts and techniques to ākonga through a range of contemporary teaching and learning approaches. 
• Be proficient in music theory and a deep understanding of one or more music instruments.

This position will be part of a specialist teaching team so the ability to collaborate, share and be part of a team is essential.
