Qualities we seek:

- Passionate about learning through play, with experience in both individual and group planning, and internal evaluation.
- Understanding of planning for dispositions.
- Positive, solution-focused, with a strong work ethic.
- Values learning in nature and embraces a great sense of humour.
- ECE qualified and fully registered.
- Flexibility to work a roster between 7am and 5:30pm, five days a week.
- Values relationships as a foundation for learning and development.
- Possesses a growth mindset, committed to professional development.
- Demonstrates initiative and a "give it a go" attitude.
- Eligible to work in New Zealand (as we are not accredited employers).
