As our number of enrolled children increases, we are in search of another qualified and certificated teacher to become part of our team at Henderson Early learning Centre.

Do you enjoy watching children grow and supporting them in their early learning journey? Do you love planning curriculum with tamariki, whānau, and the teaching team? Henderson Early Learning Centre presents an exciting opportunity for a certificated teacher to join our dedicated and supportive team. We are seeking an enthusiastic, devoted, and nurturing Kaiako who will inspire children's learning and development in our multicultural environment. 

This role offers genuine opportunities for both personal and professional development as a kaiako, allowing you to showcase your exceptional teaching abilities. At Henderson Early Learning Centre, you will experience a vibrant, inclusive, and welcoming atmosphere. 

Key attributes for this position include:

- Hold New Zealand teacher registration (ECE or primary)

-The ability to establish strong relationships and connections with other teachers/Kaiako, tamariki and whānau.

-A deep understanding of Te Whāriki and the ablitiy to support tamariki through their learning journey.

-A comprehensive understanding of program planning and assessment used to develop effective curriculum plans for tamariki, whanau and the teaching team.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-intentional approach to teaching that is inclusive and nurturing
