Certificated kaiako

Our centre is looking for a new kaiako to join the team, you will need to be a NZ resident and be either fully or provisionally certificated.

We have opted into full pay parity, and we can negotiate subsided staff childcare at the centre, we have a robust appraisal, professional growth cycle and provisional mentoring programme. First aid and suitable PLD is supported and encouraged throughout the year.

The right kaiako needs to be able to be professional, enthusiastic, flexible and to be able to work well in a smaller team. Be open to professional conversations and value learning outcome based planning cycles for individual tamariki.

The position is full time working alongside a role of 37 tamariki over a nursery and a preschool play area.
