If you are looking to join an amazing nursery team in 2024, this is the position for you. This position is suitable for a NZ resident.

We have a farm-based philosophy, with daily interactions with animals built into the daily rhythms and curriculum and we are seeking a fantastic kaiako to join us. We are licenced for 77 tamariki with 3 purposeful and separate play spaces for the different developmental age groups.

The kaiako we are seeking needs to be passionate with working with and alongside tamariki and extending learning through individual planning based on learning outcomes. We have robust professional growth cycle and provisional mentoring programme for new graduates.

We can offer full pay parity for kaiako and we can negotiate a discount for staff childcare at the centre.
