Our Government House education team run free guided tours and programmes for all ages. Government House Wellington, has been the home of New Zealand’s Governors-Generals since 1910.

Popular learning themes have been NZ identity and history, leadership and service and celebrating achievement, and the Governor-General's role within our system of government. Our art collection includes New Zealand works, carvings and coats of arms. Our educators work across all age-groups and can tailor visits to meet your requirements: bookings@govthouse.govt.nz.
