Team leader Y7-8 Intermediate

We are looking for an inspiring and innovative team leader to start term 1, 2025 who is prepared to embrace challenges and drive positive change. 

This permanent leadership opportunity would be suited to both emerging and experienced leaders who want to contribute to the educational success of our diverse learners. Our Intermediate Team work closely together to promote student agency.

The successful applicant will excel in open and honest communication, while also demonstrating the ability to be highly organised, make well-informed decisions, and empower learners and their team. They will have experience working collaboratively and have a commitment to build relationships in a way that enhances the mana of others. They will support our supportive, respectful, school culture that is committed to continuous learning and growth. 

This role is a teaching position with weekly release, working with a forward thinking Middle Leadership team. Start date negotiable. Application on school website.
