HOD food technology

We seek an experienced New Zealand registered teacher, who is dynamic, enthusiastic, innovative and passionate, to lead our frood technology department.

Applicants should be able to teach up to NCEA Level 3 as well as the ability and skill to teach food technology and nutrition in the junior school (Y9-10). Our food technology space consists of a commercial grade kitchen and barista facilities along with a dedicated food technology assistant.

This is an opportunity to lead a well-resourced and growing area of our school. We are a PB4L Restorative School and a willingness to be involved in extra-curricular activities will be an advantage.

Dargaville is on Northland's west coast and abounds with beaches and opportunities that lead to a wide range of outdoor pursuits.

A school house is available. The position begins 28^th January 2025.
