BLENNZ Hamilton - Resource teacher vision (RTV)
Permanent full-time position (1SU) – starting term 4, or earlier by negotiation.
Hamilton is looking for an experienced teacher in specialist education with current Teacher Registration and up-to-date knowledge of the NZ Curriculum and / or Te Whāriki to support the education of ākonga who are blind, deafblind and low vision, aged from birth to 21 years.
The successful applicant will have good interpersonal skills, be a competent user of technology and demonstrate an ability to develop excellent working relationships with parents, family/whānau and educators. Working successfully as part of a team is a key component of this itinerant position. Experience in Vision Education is desirable.
