We are inviting applications from positive, dynamic, and motivated classroom teachers to join our school whānau. We have a fixed-term roll-growth position available in our junior school to open a new entrant class. The term of employment will be for term 4 2024 (Monday 14th October to Tuesday 17th December).

Helensville School is a semi-rural U6 full primary school (Y0–8). We sit on land gifted by Ngāti Whātua in 1877, so maintaining our historical ties with mana whenua and local iwi is integral to all we do. With this in mind, being able to establish and nurture strong relationships throughout our entire school community is essential.

Successful applicants will need to have strong curriculum knowledge, and be passionate about improving educational outcomes for all ākonga.
