We are seeking committed, passionate and inspiring teachers to join the MBS whānau in 2025. The successful applicants will receive high-quality induction, mentoring and support.

Meadowbank School is a large, high performing school with an enthusiastic, collegial and collaborative teaching team. There is a strong sense of community among staff, and teachers are always willing to help each other out. Teachers are encouraged to try new things and develop their own teaching styles.

Our students are excited to learn and our parent community is engaged and supportive. We have a strong focus on student well-being, and there are a number of programs and initiatives in place to support students' social and emotional development.

The school has an enviable environmental education reputation and we offer a large number of specialist enrichment programmes, including Performing Arts, PE, te reo Māori, Mandarin, STEAM, Enviro and Garden to Table. Our teachers benefit from weekly CRT blocks alongside other team members, as well as full days of release.

Applicants must have a proven ability to provide an inclusive and culturally responsive learning environment, display an open mindset and a desire for ongoing professional development. The ability to form strong relationships with students, staff, whānau and the wider community is vital.
