Learning support coordinator – 2025

Te Kura Tuarua o Te Kauaeranga/Thames High School invites applications for a fixed term learning support coordinator position, term 3, 2025 only. The LSC role involves ensuring that students with additional learning needs have access to the support they need.

The LSC works with colleagues, whānau, and external agencies as required to identify needs, build capacity in staff and coordinate interventions.

Our collegial, well-resourced department works collaboratively and aims to allow every student to realise their potential.

Te Kura Tuarua o Te Kauaeranga/Thames High School is situated at the gateway of the beautiful Coromandel Peninsula. You can enjoy a friendly semi-rural and coastal environment within 90 minutes of driving to Auckland, Hamilton, and Tauranga. Real estate is generally more affordable than in these main centres. Our area abounds in tramping, boating, camping, and many other outdoor activities.
