Key responsibilities:
Curriculum & Pedagogy Lead the development of innovative, high-quality teaching practices. Work with staff to enhance student outcomes and promote continuous improvement.
Behaviour Management Implement strategies that ensure a safe, supportive learning environment. Support teachers in managing student behaviour and fostering positive classrooms.
School Culture Champion a school culture that embodies our values—Be Kind, Be Brave, Be Fair. Engage with the school community to bring these values to life.
Skills and experience:
Leadership experience within a primary school setting.
Knowledge of contemporary curriculum development and pedagogy.
Expertise in behaviour management and student welfare.
Strong interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate others.
