Paeroa College is a 360 student school nestled in the foothills of the Coromandel Ranges just over an hour from Auckland, Hamilton and Tauranga. A perfect place to raise a family and gain life balance whilst you enjoy the outdoors with beaches, cycling and walking tracks all close by.

We are looking for an experienced school leader who can build on the continued success of our College, with a vision to lead us into the future.

Our school has experienced significant roll growth which is predicted to continue. Our new principal will enjoy a collaborative working relationship with the Board of Trustees and Staff.

• Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi
• Strong Pedagogical Leadership
• Ability to develop Te Ao Māori and Te Reo Māori within a school environment
• Understanding of Organisational Structures
• Commitment to build relationships with whānau, staff, students and community
