Ruawai College is a coeducational secondary school located in Southern Kaipara. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated senior leadership team, as the Senior Deputy Principal (2IC). You will contribute to the leadership of Ruawai College in the next stage of its development as a high-performing secondary school of choice. 

The Ruawai College Board invites suitably qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the position of Senior Deputy Principal of our college. The successful applicant will be a confident, visible, and innovative leader committed to excellence. We want our new Senior Deputy Principal to support our Principal to build on our success, continue to grow our reputation for educational outcomes and deliver on the college’s vision.

We are seeking an individual who can provide authentic and collaborative leadership in an environment that fosters and creates success.
