We seek suitably qualified and experienced candidates who will be able to promote and strengthen our strategic goals and vision of 'growing greatness through innovative, constantly evolving personalised learning'.

Our assistant principals work closely with our deputy principals within four whānau or 'schools within a school'. They must have strong curriculum knowledge and expert practitioners. Mentoring and team building skills with a focus on collaboration are crucial for achieving positive outcomes for our ākonga. A strong commitment to Treaty obligations and a record of the successful personal demonstration and integration of the Mātauranga Māori within a localised curriculum are also required.

While much of the role is whānau based, there are also opportunities to lead or participate in whole school initiatives.

Starting January 2025.
