Central Kids is a party to the Kindergarten Teachers', Head Teachers' and Senior Teachers' Collective Agreement (KTCA).   

Remuneration for this position under the KTCA will be $103,622 gross per annum, with a generous 6 weeks of annual leave each year.

We are looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable leader who: 

• Is motivated and able to put current theory into practice
• Has a demonstrated knowledge of ECE business operational requirements, eg: staffing, funding and licensing criteria
• Is a strong advocate for tamariki
• Is committed to te ao Māori, Te Tiriti o Waitangi and te reo Māori me ona tikanga
• Has an awareness of the culture of child protection and the rights of tamariki
• Is willing to create and maintain strong relationships with the wider community and outside agencies.
