Tū kaweka Te Mārua – Our Students Stand Tall

We are a semi rural school located in a wonderful setting. We value our people, our community, our environment, and our stories. We are working hard to align our pedagogy with the Science of Learning, as well as developing understandings and practices which honour and value te ao Māori.

The successful candidate will need to be collaborative, reflective, and keen to jump on board our waka – growing all aspects of our amazing kura, with our tamariki at the centre of all we do. A willingness to learn is vital as we continue a professional learning journey around evidence informed best practice in literacy and mathematics.

Year level for 2025 (Y1–6) will be negotiated with the successful applicant.

The terms and conditions, including base salary, for this position are set by the Primary Teachers' Collective Agreement.

Position commences term 1, 2025.
