Deputy Principal

Our stunning deputy principal is on maternity leave. During this time, we would love a deputy principal who knows how to place our children at the heart of what they do. During your year with us as our deputy principal, you will ensure our children are in the best position to shine as their authentic selves. This is a walking position, yet some teaching may be part of the role.

• Has strong, robust, reliable assessment literacy and data literacy practice

• Able to lead and support staff with behaviour for learning (Restorative Practice)
• Is capable of and willing to extend the development of te reo and tikanga Māori schoolwide
• Displays a culturally responsive approach to the role of deputy principal that celebrates the identity and diversity of all our children and their whānau
• Ability to attend to negotiated management and administrative duties in a timely and competent manner
