Ferndale Te Ahu is looking for dynamic and innovative teachers to join our dedicated teaching team in 2025.

We are looking for collaborative, motivated and positive teachers who use a range of effective teaching and behaviour management practices with ORS funded learners. Our students thrive when positive relationships are developed. The ideal candidates will be relationship-based teachers who value diversity, possess excellent communication skills, have a great sense of humour and embrace a mindset of continual learning. These roles may be within our base school classroom or one of our primary, secondary, or transition satellite classes.

Our school motto, 'The Best I Can Be,' reflects our commitment to helping each student achieve their fullest potential. If you are a registered NZ teacher who is passionate about fostering this aspiration, we would love to hear from you.
