Are you a passionate kaiako looking for a homely centre with a supportive team? We are on the lookout for a registered kaiako to join our fabulous team!

About us:

We are a small rural, Christian based centre located in Riversdale, Southland. We are licensed for 35 tamariki aged 2 to 6years of age. We pride ourselves on incorporating the Fruits of the Spirit from Galatian’s 5:22 and 5:23, where every day we teach our tamariki Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness and Self-Control.

Funshine has a play-based approach to learning, allowing children time and space to independently explore and seek understanding of the world around them.

The position:

• Permanent, full-time between 8.30am to 3.30pm (we are open to a 4-day working week)
• ECE qualified and registered kaiako, with a current NZ provisional or full practising certificate
• NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa is a prerequisite.
