Our wonderful rural school of 105 students, set in an incredible environment with awesome ākonga, kaimahi, BoT and parents/caregivers, is seeking an enthusiastic kaiako who is collaborative, has a growth mindset, is committed to inclusive education and passionate about child-centred learning.

We are looking for a kaiako who:
Enjoys being challenged, is a team player who brings energy to their position
Is relationship-based and positively engages with tamariki and whānau in partnership
Has sound pedagogical knowledge and uses culturally responsive practice
Thrives in a collaborative, creative and fun environment
Will promote self-efficacy, integrated inquiry and innovation.
