We are looking for a motivated, innovative and enthusiastic teacher to join our dynamic and supportive Learning Centre at Marlborough Girls' College.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team focused on meeting students' diverse needs and enhancing their learning through inclusive practice.

This is a fixed-term, part-time - 4 days per week (0.80 FTE) role for the remainder of the 2024 year.

Our values are Kotahitanga, Whanaungatanga and Manaakitanga. The expectation of all staff is to role model and support our values in action, and support the school’s commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a passion for supporting an inclusive learning culture and meeting individual and diverse needs of our learners.
  • Have excellent communication and experience in supporting small group and individual programmes of learning.
  • Embrace collaborative planning and co-teaching, be confident in curriculum planning and design for diverse learners.
  • Have a great sense of humour, a growth mindset and willingness to reflect and learn on the job.

Applicants must be fully conversant with the New Zealand Curriculum and be New Zealand registered teachers.
