Deputy Principal

As Deputy Principal, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Principal in our school's strategic leadership and day-to-day management. You will enhance our students' academic achievements and pastoral needs, promote a positive school culture, and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will:

• demonstrate strong relationship skills;
• have proven administrative, student management system and organisational management skills;
• have a strong understanding of pastoral care;

• be committed to working with parents and community, realising the potential of Māori and Pasifika learners, as well as students from all backgrounds;

• actively support the school's co-curricular programmes.
