The role:
We seek a dynamic and passionate head of learning area (HOLA) for our learning pathways team, the ninth essential learning area at HVHS. This pivotal role involves leading a dedicated team of educators who ensure students' successful pathways into, through, and out of school. The learning pathways team supports students throughout their secondary school education, from Y9 to Y13. Specifically, the team provides specialised and focused assistance tailored to meet students' individual needs at each year level. This support helps ensure that students can successfully navigate their educational journey, addressing any challenges they might face.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and visionary educational leader with a deep commitment to student success and inclusion.
