An opportunity has arisen to become a part of the senior leadership team of our school. We are a state-integrated, Catholic school for boys from Y7–13.  We are thriving and have been at our maximum roll of 660 students for a number of years. Restorative practices and PB4L are entrenched.

This role involves whole school leadership however the successful applicant will also take primary responsibility for leading pastoral care and teaching and learning across the junior (Y7–9) school. The successful applicant will therefore have significant experience in teaching and curriculum and pastoral leadership at this level. The ability to articulate a clear vision and engage others with that vision and the ability to manage systems while still leading growth and innovation is expected. The successful applicant will participate in the full life of our college including extracurricular activities.

As this is a tagged (Cl 47) position a willingness and ability to participate in religious instruction appropriate to the special character of the school is a condition of appointment.
