The teacher we will be looking for will:

• Build effective, warm and culturally responsive learning relationships with learners, their whānau and staff.
• Use effective formative assessment strategies to plan and deliver programmes that meet the needs of all learners.
• Knowledge of scope and sequence.
• A desire to learn about or have an understanding of The Science of Learning.
• Work collegially and collaboratively.
• We pride ourselves on fostering a strong ethos in STEAM education, empowering students to explore the realms of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics.
