Deputy Principal - Tumuaki Tuarua

We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed and relational leader to join our wonderful kura to start in term 1, 2025. 

You will need to be passionate about teaching and learning with strong curriculum knowledge and the ability to lead professional development. You will be able to develop genuine connections with tamariki, staff, whānau and our wider community.

Our kura has both mainstream and Rumaki full-immersion classes. A commitment to embrace the bicultural nature of our kura and Te Ao Māori is also essential. 

You would become part of a collaborative, passionate and pedagogically-driven Senior Leadership Team. Aspiring leaders with previous team leadership experience are welcome to apply.

This position has been allocated 5 Management Units. While there is no current classroom responsibility, this role may provide some teacher release throughout the year.
