Rutherford Junior High School is looking for a dynamic, motivated, and energetic teacher of Y7 and Y8 to join our staff for a fixed-term, being term 4, 2024. We seek a Y7–8 teacher that can:
Demonstrate culturally responsive practices to ensure all ākonga are seen and celebrated as unique individuals.
Target the different learning styles of students and customise instruction accordingly.
Collaborate and design learning to align with the strengths and needs of all ākonga.
Display strong digital skills that will enhance learning.
The terms and conditions, including base salary, for this position is set by the relevant collective agreement and will depend on an applicant’s qualifications and experience. Individuals' actual base salary will be established by a salary assessment once a role is confirmed.
