Transition room teacher

At Tamaoho School, we're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher to join our team in our transition room and support learners with identified learning needs.

This role focuses on:

• Emotional regulation: Helping learners manage their emotions and develop coping strategies.
• Routine and structure: Guiding learners through the routine and structure of school life.
• Positive relationships: Building strong, supportive relationships with learners to boost their confidence and success.
•  Engagement: Learners begin engaging with learning activities to support their learning plan goals.
