Infants kaiako

Location: Howick, Auckland

Qualifications: Qualified & registered ECE or primary degree; we will also consider a 3rd year ECE student with only a few months left until qualified.

One of our fabulous kaiako is off to have baby no#2, and we are super excited for her and her family.

After some consideration, we have decided to make this a permanent role. Even when our teacher comes back from leave, this will still be an Infants role, which means we'll have 4 teachers for 10 babies.

This is a full-time position on a rotating roster; applicants must already have the correct work visas, as we are not an accredited employer.

We are located in East Auckland and have the most amazing ratios!

1:2/3 in our Under 2s and 1:4/5 in our Over 2s.

Full Pay Parity 

Paperwork is not a thing for us; neither are learning stories, less than 6 staff meetings a year, paid first aid and registration and 16 teachers for 50 children.
