We are looking for a trauma-informed educator to join our close knit team of teachers and teachers aides. The successful applicant will have a passion, and proven success in meeting the needs of students with high and complex needs.
We offer small class sizes (4-6 students) and a highly supportive environment.
Resilience, energy and a sense of humour are key attributes needed for this position. Above all, a genuine desire to make a difference to students who need the most help to re-enagage in their educational journey.
The school has a 90% success rate, based on a trauma-informed approach and a high staff to student ratio. Full training will be provided.
The terms and conditions, including base salary, for this position is set by the relevant collective agreement. Individuals actual base salary will be established by a salary assessment once the position is confirmed.
Term 3 start preferred.
