Our current centre manager is moving to Auckland (within the company) to take up a new role towards the end of the year. This is a good opportunity for someone to step into this role and get a proper handover.

The following skills, knowledge and capabilities are ideally required for this role:
An inspirational leader with an innate ability to further develop and lead a team to deliver best practice childcare services
BEd/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher registration/certification
Outstanding time management and organisational skills
Superb communication skills
Previous leadership experience is a must
Initiative, desire and passion for quality practice standards and commitment to the principles of Te Whāriki
Familiarity with the New Zealand Education Council, ERO, MOE requirements, Licensing Criteria, 2008 Regulations and Code of Ethics
A comprehensive understanding of how to maintain and grow occupancy levels
