Tuakau College is located in the North Waikato, in the town of Tuakau. We are looking for a person to continue to lead and develop our school wide literacy/numeracy program.
A familiarity with the NCEA literacy and numeracy co-requisites is necessary. This is a full-time permanent position. You will be required to teach literacy/numeracy support classes (Y9–11), as well as other classes. Please state your specialist areas of teaching. We would like the right applicant to start as soon as possible and at the start of 2025 at the latest.
The right applicant will ideally have good curriculum knowledge, strong classroom management skills and be passionate about helping students learn. This role will suit someone who is keen to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.
