Commerce teacher

We are seeking a dynamic, passionate and enthusiastic teacher of commerce to join our Humanities faculty. The successful applicant will join a vibrant Department.

Applicants should have a current New Zealand teacher registration and an awareness of the New Zealand Curriculum. 

The successful candidate will have: 

• a genuine passion for teaching with sound relational practices to tautoko positive relationships within our kura
• knowledge of the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and a commitment to ensure te reo me ōna Tikanga are upheld
• a clear understanding of differentiated teaching approaches that meet the needs of all learners
• ability to be a team-player who will work collaboratively to raise student achievement
• administrative skills commensurate with effective tracking and monitoring student achievement and engagement
