We are mixed age not-for-profit centre in Stokes Valley supported by a passionate parent committee. With a new manager in place the Centre is going from strength to strength and, due to rapid roll growth, we have a vacancy for a qualified and registered kaiako or a recent graduate just beginning their teaching journey.

You are a passionate ECE Kaiako looking for a small centre where you can shine and use your skills to support the provision of quality childcare. Alongside the desire to work with tamariki of all ages, you will have a strong work ethic and ability to think on your feet.  You will also have a sense of humour and ability to have a laugh, no matter how busy the day gets.

In return you will be working with an experienced team of kaiako and a manager focused on improvement and professional growth.  Your average week will be up to 32 hours across 4 days, giving you a great work/life balance.  Your remuneration will be in line with the extended pay parity scale and includes paid teacher registration and first aid plus ample in house and external PLD, including two paid teacher only days per year.
