Qualified registered Kaiako (ECE teacher)

We are seeking a qualified and registered Kaiako with experience working in both our under 2 room and our 2-5 years room. The ideal candidate will create a warm, welcoming, and stimulating environment for our kindergarten children to play, learn, and grow.

• Registered Early Childhood Education Teacher.
• Experience in both under 2 and 2-5 years age groups.
• Ability to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
• Strong documentation and assessment skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in Children’s Learning: Take responsibility for a key group of children in relation to curriculum and assessment documentation.
• Build Positive Relationships: Foster strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Manage the Learning Environment: Oversee the daily management of the learning environment, including presentation, representation, and resourcing to reflect children's learning priorities.
• Demonstrate Professionalism: Exhibit exceptional working performance, attitude, and behaviours through genuine dedication to the children’s development.
• Collaborate with Team: Work collaboratively with management and team members to provide professional ECE services within the community.
