About Blooming Buds Early Learning Centre:

We are a purpose-built, castle-themed childcare centre located in West Auckland, Glen Eden. We are looking for a centre manager to oversee the operations on a daily basis. We strongly believe in fostering reciprocal relationships between our children and the community, ensuring a supportive atmosphere for every child to thrive.

We are looking for a passionate and innovative leader to deliver an excellent curriculum and experience for our children and create a dynamic and supportive teaching team environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day centre operations.
• Implement a high-quality, child-led learning curriculum.
• Foster a positive environment for children, staff, and families.
• Manage enrolments, staff rosters, and administrative tasks.
• Ensure regulatory and licensing compliance.
• Build strong relationships with parents, caregivers, and the community.
• Support the professional development of teaching staff.

Qualifications and experience:

• Early Childhood Education Level 7 with at least three years of early childhood management experience.
• Strong understanding of child-led learning principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage administrative tasks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Passion for nurturing and inclusive learning environments.
